2. Paul Zwier first became aware of Elizabeth Loftus’s research when she presented her findings at the University of Richmond School of Law in the spring of 1995. She has presented her work in a variety of books. One particularly useful source is Elizabeth Loftus & Katherine Ketcham, Witness for the Defense: The Accused, the Eyewitness, and the Expert Who Puts Memory on Trial (1991), in which she presents much of her research on how memory works and how it can be affected by interviewing. Mr. Zwier has shared her work with others, including his coauthor.
